She may have been either Feodora Woodworth or Doris Motz both of whom taught in the "common school" in 1925-1926 and 1926-1927. Doris Motz's husband, Ralph Motz, also taught at the Freeman Grammar School.

We do, however, urge every class that is to follow us to put forth every effort in order that they may do their part for Southwest Harbor high school."
