Mark Robinson Lawler (1897-1977), brother to Christopher Wendell Lawler, was born on June 18, 1897 to Allen Jacob Lawler and Ina Caroline “Cad” (Robinson) Lawler in Tremont (Southwest Harbor), Maine. Mark’s father owned a clam factory on the shore at Southwest Harbor. He put his clams up in round cans. His father was also a superintendent at the Addison sardine factory on the site that later became the Great Harbor Marina. Mark married Katherine Louise Horstman (1901-1997) on November 29, 1924 in New Harmony, Indiana. Mark Robinson Lawler died on August 11, 1977 in Weaverville, North Carolina.
Mark Robinson Lawler was Elvira Jane (Robinson) Mayo's nephew.
