Dr. George Arthur Neal Residence

George Arthur Neal (1872-1939) was a photographer, many of whose photographs appear in this show, and one of the town’s doctors. A very young Dr. Neal is just visible driving his horse and buggy out of the barn drive across the wood plank sidewalk on to Main Street.

The George A. Neal house was originally on the site of what is now the Bar Harbor Bank and Trust Co. on Main Street.
